• Strong sense of initiative and personal leadership demonstrating the ability to function independently.
• High EQ.
• Very high ethical standards.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and the ability to multi-task.
• Selling skills to engage High-end Construction / Building material products
• Ability to work closely with specifying agencies for large Government projects / Consultants / Architects / Fabricators / Contact with general Contractors, Interior Contractors, specialty Sub-Contactors (glaziers, metal fabricators, etc.)
• Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours.
