Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Generate leads through cold calling, emails, and social media platforms.
2. Visit and build strong relations with architects, builders, contractors, and consultants to generate project orders and handle Government Clients.
3. Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with clients to close deals.
4. Handle customer inquiries, order processing, and after-sales service.
5. Clients Maintain
6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and project fulfillment.
7. Provide feedback from the market to help shape future
product offerings and strategy.
Work Mode:
1. 80% Field Work (Client Visits, Site Meetings)
2. 20% Desk Job (Lead Generation, Follow-ups, Reporting)
Preferred:
1. Graduated in any Field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B, project sales, or
construction-related industries.
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently.
5. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
