Hiring for Project Leader for Kullu and Rampur location for Research and Development Industry

Project Leader:
Salary: 25,000/- per month
Education: Post Graduate with a professional degree.
Experience: 6+ years
Location: Rampur Bushahr-Shimla, Kullu districts of Himachal Pradesh.

Responsibility:

Need to handle multiple projects. Will have responsibility for day to day working, documentation and
timely work completion of multiple cluster in one district as per the requirement.

1. Assess the existing system at each member unit of the concerned Mini cluster; – Existing status (5s, workspace management, Safety, health, energy conservation, Single Minutes Exchange of Dies, Total Productive Maintenance, Reduction in Inventory, Organization Structure, Layout, process of manufacture, visual base line survey, identification of 7 wastes, inventory practices, top chronic problems, etc. )

2. Development of Stipulate detailed step by step procedures and schedules for implementation of the LM techniques (pre-defined milestones); – Time bound targets for achieving Incremental Improvements. Phase wise Action Plan • Incremental Improvements to next stage.

3. Identify the end targets in quantified parameters to be achieved by each unit at the end of the project; – Qualitative, quantitative, monetary benefits likely to be achieved.

4. Work in close co-operation with each of the units to assess and then achieve the LM techniques implementation; and other necessary work.

5. Assess and undertake the training and other such implementation requirements; and

6. Prepare specific reports for such implementation activities undertaken by it in each of the units.
