Job Responsibilities

 Coordinate and plan production priorities, work flows and schedule.
 Ensuring that production is on schedule and high quality output is delivered on
time per deadlines.
 Ensure that all equipment, materials and supplies are readily and continuously
available to carry out production processes timely.
 Documenting and implementing work instructions and procedures.
 Ensure safety measures and procedures are followed to reduce unexpected
incidents and hazards.
 Analyse overall budget and implement cost optimization initiatives.
 Manage performance reviews for employees.
 Address employee concerns and complaints in a professional manner.
 Procuring and monitoring the efficiency of production equipment.
 Resolving labour disputes, where requested.

Skills Required

 Strong process knowledge and experience of minimum 5 years in a
production (manufacturing) environment. Ability to lead 100+ people.
 Strong knowledge of glass, metals, and electricals. A background in Electrical,
Mechanical or Glass engineering with grades above 70% from a reputed
university.
 Excellent knowledge of quality assurance and control
 Ability to liaison with government offices and authorities, if required.
 Strong communication and administrative skills.
 Willingness to travel in India and abroad (must have a valid passport).
