Experience – 8-10 years
Salary – 30- 40 Lakhs
LOCATION – Parwanoo, Himachal Pradesh
DIVISION Production – MANAGER Managing Director
TRAVEL REQUIRED 20%
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
1. Minimum 8 – 10 years of Experience in Medical Device or Pharma Manufacturing operations.
2. Education: Bio/Pharma/Life Sciences/Electronics/Instrumentation Background Graduate.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Managing day to day production operations, supply chain & logistics, regulatory & legal
compliances, and technical & infrastructure maintenance.
2. Leading evolution of manufacturing & quality systems via automations and tech solutions
3. Responsible for controlling costing and operation efficiency
4. Responsible for all 6M (man, machine, material, method, measurements & mother-earth)
factors of production operations.
5. Supervising Supply Chain – Sourcing, costing, negotiations, optimizing logistics.
6. Supervising Tech Support-Customer Support, Tender Support via respective people
7. Leading a team of 6 managers and over 100 operators.
