Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Marketing Strategy Development:
o Develop and execute online marketing strategies tailored to the FMCG
and Pharma industries.
o Align digital campaigns with the company’s goals, focusing on building
brand awareness, customer loyalty, and sales growth.
o Create integrated marketing plans that span across social media,
email, display advertising, and search engines, considering the
regulatory environment in Pharma.
2. Content Creation and Management:
o Oversee content creation for the website, social media channels, and
digital advertising, ensuring messaging aligns with the FMCG and
Pharma brands.
o Collaborate with product teams and medical or regulatory departments
to ensure all content are compliant with industry standards (e.g., FDA
guidelines, Pharma regulations).
o Ensure content is educational, engaging, and accessible to consumers,
healthcare professionals, and relevant stakeholders.

3. SEO and SEM Optimization:
o Manage search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to enhance
organic traffic and online visibility for FMCG and Pharma products.
o Oversee paid search (SEM) campaigns, managing budgets and
optimizing ad campaigns on Google Ads, Bing, and other platforms to
generate leads and sales.
o Track and analyze keywords and search trends in the FMCG and
Pharma sectors.

4. Social Media Marketing & Community Engagement:
o Develop and implement social media strategies to engage consumers
and healthcare professionals on platforms such as Facebook,
Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
o Promote products, raise brand awareness, and build a loyal online
community.
o Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments while
maintaining a professional and compliant online presence.

5. Email Marketing Campaigns:
o Design and execute email marketing campaigns aimed at nurturing
leads, increasing product awareness, and building customer
relationships in the FMCG and Pharma industries.
o Segment audiences based on demographics and behavior to
personalize email content and improve open and conversion rates.
o Measure the effectiveness of campaigns and continually optimize for
performance.
6. Analytics & Reporting:
o Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing
campaigns, using tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics,
and other industry-specific tools.
o Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, engagement
rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates.
o Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve future
campaigns.
7. Regulatory Compliance:
o Ensure all online marketing efforts comply with industry regulations,
particularly in the Pharma space (e.g., FDA, EMA, or other regional
health authorities).
o Work closely with regulatory teams to ensure that advertising, content,
and digital materials meet legal and ethical standards for both FMCG
and Pharma.

8. Collaboration and Cross-functional Support:
o Collaborate with the sales, product development, and medical teams to
ensure consistency in messaging and alignment with broader
marketing strategies.
o Coordinate with creative agencies and third-party partners to develop
campaigns that adhere to brand guidelines.

9. Budget Management:
o Manage the digital marketing budget to allocate resources effectively
across channels and ensure campaigns stay within budget while
maximizing returns.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
1. Digital Marketing Expertise:
 Proficiency in SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media management.
 Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads,
LinkedIn Ads).
 Knowledge of data-driven marketing and performance analytics.
2. Industry Knowledge (FMCG & Pharma):
 In-depth understanding of the FMCG sector, including consumer behaviour,
retail marketing, and product promotion.
 Strong knowledge of Pharma industry regulations and marketing restrictions
(e.g., FDA, EMA regulations, DTC marketing guidelines).
 Experience marketing both consumer products (in FMCG) and healthcare
products (in Pharma).
3. Regulatory & Compliance Awareness:
 Understanding of healthcare marketing regulations, including direct-to-
consumer marketing in Pharma.
 Ability to work closely with regulatory teams to ensure campaigns adhere to
necessary legal guidelines.
 Attention to detail to ensure all digital content complies with healthcare and
pharmaceutical industry standards.
4. Analytical & Data-Driven:
 Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, social media
analytics tools, and CRM software to track campaign performance.
 Ability to translate data into actionable insights for improving campaign
effectiveness.
 Strong reporting and data visualization skills to present campaign
performance to senior management.
5. Strong Communication Skills:
 Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including
regulatory, legal, creative, and sales teams.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create compelling digital
content and interact with customers and stakeholders.
 Ability to convey technical or medical information in a consumer-friendly way
(for Pharma products).
6. Creative & Problem-Solving:
 Creative thinking for developing engaging digital content while adhering to
regulatory requirements.
 Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot campaign issues and optimize
strategies for better performance.
7. Project Management:
 Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple
campaigns simultaneously.
 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
 Experience in the FMCG or Pharma sectors (ideally in digital marketing).
 Certification in digital marketing or related tools (Google Ads, Hub Spot, etc.).
 Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
