  • Experience -  6 Month to 5 Years of exp. 
  • Salary - ₹20,000.00 per month - 60,000 per month 
  • Gender - Any
  • Qualification - Any Graduate
  • Skills - Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, development) to ensure alignment and support in client acquisition and retention efforts. Monitoring and analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities , Meeting sales targets .
  • Target Industry - Any

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month – 60,000 per month 

Location : Zirakpur 

Onsite Position – Work from Office

Experience : 6 Month to 5 Years of exp. 

Gender :  Male or Female Both 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Bidding on various online portals (e.g., Upwork, PPH, Guru, Freelancer) to acquire new clients for the company.
  • Handling technical questions and inquiries from clients, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Assessing client requirements and making informed decisions to meet their needs effectively.
  • Communicating new product/project opportunities to existing and potential clients to drive business growth.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, development) to ensure alignment and support in client acquisition and retention efforts.
  • Monitoring and analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Online Bidder or similar role, with a track record of successfully acquiring new clients through online platforms.
  • Strong understanding of online bidding processes and best practices on platforms such as Upwork, PPH, Guru, Freelancer, etc.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proactive attitude with a passion for driving results and exceeding targets.
  • Experience in the [Insert Industry/Field] is a plus.
