Job Title / Designation: Motion Graphics Supervisor
Job Description:
To supervise & monitor the creative and technical side of Design, Animation & Motion graphics production for multiple projects. Motion Graphics Supervisors will have a strong understanding of software like After-effects, Photoshop, Cinema 4D and Maya 9.1 Responsibilities –  Accountable for all Motion Graphics deliverables. Supervise and deliver post-production for approved concepts within budget, according to schedule with the highest quality.  Create visual breakdown as per a script.  Work with Business Development/ sales team, assisting them with Motion Graphics breakdown, budgets and proposals when required.  Responsible for all negotiations with vendors in terms of cost, quality and timeline.  Proven ability to mentor creative staffs and artists, providing leadership to a broad range of skill sets working within one team.  Set discipline and quality standards by leading through example and regularly providing feedback to the team. Collaborates with internal staff to manage project work.
9.2 Specific Skill Set :
 Hands on experience of software like After Effects, Photoshop, Cinema 4D, Maya is must.  Hands on experience on international projects
 Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
 Good communicator (both oral and written) in English
 Self-motivated, initiator and results-oriented
 Should demonstrate a positive attitude, high motivation, and interpersonal skills
10 Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: 5 to 8 years
