Salary band : 35- 40 k per month CTC
Experience : Min. 5 years in the Staffing / Recruitment industry ,
shall have a minimum of 3 years experience as Team Leader in a contract NON IT Staffing company
Must have been in Hyderabad for atleast last 10 years and shall be aware about the local market
Education : Graduate
Skills : good communication skills , must be able to articulate and communicate with clients over email and call

KRA : To manage a temp recruiters team of 4-5 member and Permanent Recruitment team of 1-2 people at Hyderabad , cather to all customers in Andhra & Telangana region
