9) Job responsibilities:
Role:
The Key Accounts & Sales Manager will head the sales team of the organization and
lead the sales team to meet or exceed the targets. In addition to leading the sales
team, the candidate will be responsible for acquiring and maintaining key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
– Build, retain and groom a strong team to deliver set targets
– Identification of growth opportunity in the assigned territory
– Set goals, define KPIs and ensure team tracks effectively towards goals
– Have an in depth knowledge of competition ability to influence the market
– Develop new business opportunities by Tracking And Projecting New Customer
Acquisition Plans
-New Business Development: Identification and acquisition of new Key accounts
– Maintenance of existing key accounts
– Develop business relationship with influencers and bring relevant new influencers on
board
– Have an in depth knowledge of competition ability to influence the market
