Job Description:
 Troubleshooting of all types of Hardware (Desktops, Laptops, Printers, CCTV and Biometric
devices)
 Good experience in Installation, configuring & troubleshooting of OS, MS Outlook or Outlook
Express, Office 365.
 Installation and Managing of Antivirus products taking Regular data backup and restoration of
data & mail backup of MS outlook (PST files).
 Configuring & troubleshooting of Desktop/Laptops for L1 level & Managing data backup and
recovery.
 Managing of DNS, Active Directory, basic Window server
 Troubleshooting basic thin client issues.
 Basic troubleshooting of networking LAN, WAN, basic installation and configuration of
Routing & Switching).
 Call logging to ISP for LAN / WAN link & PRL line issues & having good knowledge in IPV4
addressing.
 Resolving tickets within the SLA which is raised from End User side supporting through floor
support/Remote support & Call support.
 Installation and managing of Video conferences.
 Administering disaster recovery plans to ensure that data is backed up and can be restored in
case of failure
 Monitoring network performance to ensure that there are no bottlenecks or errors that could
impact productivity
 Installing operating systems on computers, testing them for errors, and backing them up
regularly
 Maintaining computer equipment by replacing or upgrading components as needed
 Installing patches to fix security vulnerabilities in computer systems
 Configuring new systems for installation based on specifications from clients or other IT
professionals
 Installing and maintaining computer networks, including printers and other peripherals
 Troubleshooting problems with existing systems and implementing solutions to fix them
 Monitoring server performance and capacity to ensure that it meets client needs
