Experience:- Eight Years experience with a large Design or Contracting company as HVAC Engineer

Salary:- 5-9 Lakhs P.A(negotiable)

Location:- Hyderabad

Qualification:-Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Gender :- Male 

Industry:- Transmission Line & EHV Substation

Job Responsibility:-

–        Very good knowledge of Heating, Ventilation andAir-conditioning system.

–        Evaluation of tender document.

–        Full review of specifications and drawings.

–        Prepare request for information and send to the main contractor and consultant.

–        Accurately take-off quantities from Drawings.

–        Obtain compliant quotations from Suppliers / Sub    Contractors, Review quotations for compatibility, and ascertain  labor norms for installed materials, etc.

–        Worked in Computerized estimating systems, Plan swift and Blue Beam Etc…

–        Good knowledge of variation/change order work  Must be familiar with the preparation of standard shop drawings for piping and HVAC services as per specs and contract drawings.

–        Must be familiar with equipment selections and preparing schedules.

–        Familiar with preparing BOM for Piping and major HVAC items.

–        Duties as assigned by the Mechanical Engineering

–        “HVAC” discipline lead.
