SHOULD BE KNOWLEDGE OF ALL PAYROLL AND COMPLIANCES (ESIC& EPF,FACTORY ACT )

Oversee and manage all operations of HR department and provide support to the company’s employees. It
includes undertaking a range of administrative duties, following processes, and managing HR data &
systems to ensure accuracy at all times.

Qualification
 Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
 5+ years of experience in HR or IR, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
 In-depth knowledge of HR Operations, Labour laws, Labour Acts, Compliances etc.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
 Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibility Areas :
 Ensuing that that companies HR Operations run smoothly and all compliances to labour laws, acts,
and statues is maintained.
 Proactively source and recruit high quality manpower for the business.
 Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.

 Ensuring all employee records and paperwork is complaint and up to date.
  Adhere to approved management budget for all HR related activities.
 Update and maintain HR systems, records and reports with accurate employee data.
 Process monthly employee payroll in support of the payroll subject matter expert.
 Process changes to employee's circumstances, including preparing accurate and effective
documentation/communication and updating relevant databases.

 Process leavers, including preparing accurate, relevant documentation and updating systems
accordingly.
 Produce Management Information reports.
 Support team for employee on-boarding & Induction process.
 Prepare Appointment, Confirmation, Experience Letters as and when required in standard format.
 Maintain employee dashboards & reports for management reporting.
 Coordinate all the employee engagement initiatives.
 Handle employee insurances and PF accounts of all employees.
 Document and adopt development processes, best practice methods, tools of management
reporting.
 Attend training, workshops for System Improvements.
