Maintaining Employee Database, employee private data and information  
Leave management  
HR software management  
Maintaining Organization chart, Salary slips, Salary breakdown, Atom’s image in front of recruitment partners, candidates, employees and stakeholders.  
HR Documentation: Appointment letters, offer letters, revamping employee handbook, leave policy, holiday calendar  
Taking demos, educating employees on new policies, introduction of new software, policy changes etc.  
Catering to and solving problems faced by employees  
Conducting quarterly One-on-Ones for employees  
Hosting weekly catch-up meeting, team bonding activities
