Skills: 
  Knowledge of Screening the candidates, scheduling the interview. Knowledge of Joining and relieving formalities Preparation of time sheet, Overtime monitoring Training and its effectiveness monitoring Payroll management. Shop floor discipline management. Knowledge of ESI, PF rules. Good In Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Good in communication both oral and written. Knowledge of labour laws Should be from manufacturing background.
