1. HR Executives are responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing and placing workers.
2. They may also handle employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training.
3. Planning, directing and coordinate the administrative functions of an organization.
4. Coordinating with Managers on Performance Appraisals of employees.
5. Report daily work updates of employees to Director/s.
