Job Responsibility

1. Responsible for Production Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Control, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Operations.
2. Prior experience in Design led Manufacturing of Telecom and IoT products is a must.
3. Conduct production planning and monitoring activities, to ensure timely accomplishment of planned production target within the cost parameters.
4. Implementing effective techniques to bring efficiency in operations to improve manufacturing process to reduce cycle time & rejections and achieve maximum cost savings.
5. Accountable for overseeing the manufacturing operation with a focus on achieving product targets as well as Monitoring/Reporting Daily, Weekly and Monthly production reports to ensure that the given/targeted cost per product can be achieved.
6. Responsible for monitoring supply flow through production and adjusting process rates to minimize ‘throughput time’ and ‘work in process inventory’. Ensures NPI (New Product Introduction) is meeting customer demand through production plan implementation.
7. Building a team spirit among the workman designing & implementing suitable financial incentive schemes.
8. Reviewing and planning operational practices, identifying obstruction/quality failures, and working on system and process changes for quality improvement and energy conservation (in accordance with company goals).
9. Determining the future needs and production capacity for producing required quantities of items and within financial costs.
10. Coordinating with other related functions for smooth & uninterrupted running of all production activities.
11. Delegating work schedules for smooth functioning of operations & leading people working at all level in an organization.
