. Job Responsibilities: Graphic Design

1. Determining strategies to deliver a clear message to a target audience.
2. Preparing layouts or mock-ups of a design using illustration, text, photography,
   color, and computer-generated imagery, either by hand or using computersoftware.
3. Presenting designs for approval and feedback.
4. Preparing designs for digital or print publication.
5. Liaise with sales & marketing team to determine requirements before making design
   decisions.
6. Create ideas, concepts and design based on media and style brief agreed bythe
   different teams.
7. Manage proposals by briefing and advising different teams about design style,
   format, and print production
8. Develop concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, companylogos,
   and websites.
9. Ideate for campaigns, presentations, business development pitches, keeping inmind
   quality, layout, and presentation
10. Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, font style and size
11. Prepare rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief. Review final layouts and
    suggest improvements if required
12. Proofread to produce accurate and high-quality work
13. Work with a range of media, including computer-aided design (CAD) and keep up to
    date with emerging technologies
14. Liaise with external printers, copywriters, stylists, illustrators, otherdesigners,
    account executives, web developers and marketing specialists

1. Ensure work is of highest quality and completed within deadlines
2. Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery
3. Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics
4. Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software
5. Apply typography techniques
6. Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services
7. Increase user friendliness in digital products
8. Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects
9. Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met
10. Stay up to date with industry developments and tools

11. Must be experienced with design software, such as Figma Adobe Acrobat, corel
    DRAW, After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator and
    Photoshop
12. Proficiency in Figma, Free Hand, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Flash amongother
    software
13. Possess an understanding of advertising campaigns
14. Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and related tools
15. Analytical, Creative and Artistic
16. Deadline-Oriented with attention to detail
17. Customer Focused with a positive framework to handle rejection
    Qualifications:
    • Undergraduate/postgraduate degree in Design or appropriate field of study
    • Excellent knowledge of Adobe CS3 Photoshop is a must. Proficiency in Adobe CS3
    Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, After Effects, Premiere, and Adobe Flash is a plus.
    Experience:
    • Three to Five years’ experience as a Designer
    • Experience with open-source and creativity software stacks such as Figma, Free
    Hand, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Acrobat Flash among othersoftware.
    • Demonstrable UI/UX design skills
    • Up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies

Knowledge of:
• Industry software and a professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines.
• Internet communication protocols and data formats
• Hands on experience in creating brand guidelines.
