Hiring for Engineer / Sr. Engineer – Quality Rubber Lab – 2 Persons required for OEM Manufacturing MNC firm in Chennai

Position : Engineer & Sr. Engineer – QA (Incoming)
Qualification : BE/BTech/Diploma (Mechanical)
Location : CHENNAI only 3 weeks in Basma Plant for Induction & then shifted to Chennai.
Experience : up to 3 to 7 yrs.
Any Specific Industry: Tier 1 and Tier 2 (Automotive firm)/ Automobile Manufacturing
Preferred Age : up to 28 years
CTC – up to 3 Lac for Engineer & 4 Lac for Sr. Engineer

Skills & Competencies:
Technical:

1. Process Knowledge & Product Knowledge
2. QC Tools
3. 8d Methodology

Generic: Good communication skills.
Areas of Expertise:

1. Manage daily Inspection and Job Setups.
2. On time Incoming Inspection & SPC for new parts
3. Communicate with suppliers for rejection 8D & verification
4. Assist in the supplier approval process by assessing manufacturing/technology capabilities and Health, Safety and Environmental risks.
5. Review supplier manufacturing processes, collaborate with suppliers on process improvement and value enhancement opportunities.
6. Assist the Quality Manager to monitor and report on supplier product quality and performance.
