Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Representative to join our team.
The Digital Sales Representative will be responsible for initiating and managing business proposal
discussions with prospective clients over the phone. The ideal candidate will have excellent
communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a strong understanding of sales techniques.
*Key Responsibilities:
– Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to discuss business proposals.
– Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their benefits
to potential clients.
– Identify client needs and tailor proposals to address those needs.
– Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and follow up with them to close sales.
– Record and manage client interactions and transactions using our CRM system & excel sheets.
– Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
– Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
– Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
– Participate in training sessions and sales meetings as required.
*Requirements
– Proven experience in Lubricants sales & Marketing for 3 years minimum
– Comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
– Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
– Ability to understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
– Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
– Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

*Preferred Qualifications
– Experience in the Lubricants sales & Marketing for 3 years minimum
– Familiarity with using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
