Job Description:
1. At least 20 years of manufacturing experience in high volume products preferably in the lighting industry.
2. Candidates must possess a degree in electrical or electronics engineering or MBA.
3. Have experience in overseeing the day to day operation of the company.
4.Be able to plan, execute and implement company’s budget, policies and goals.
5. Be able to motivate staff to meet or surpass organization objectives and create team spirit.
6. Ability to create and design new products or marketing polices will be added advantage.
7. Be able to compile company’s financial reports.
