Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with the
company’s goals and objectives.
2. Conduct regular CME programs.
3. Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential areas for expansion to drive
revenue growth.
4. Lead market research and analysis to understand the competitive landscape, customer needs, and
industry trends.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, referral
partners, and other stakeholders to promote company’s services and increase patient referrals.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful marketing campaigns, promotional
materials, and digital strategies to enhance brand awareness and attract new patients.
7. Oversee the development of sales plans, pricing strategies, and negotiation of contracts to
maximize profitability and achieve sales targets.
8. Provide leadership and direction to the business development team, including hiring, training, and
performance management.
9. Evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives through key performance
indicators (KPIs) and metrics, and make recommendations for improvement.
10. Represent KITES at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to establish a
strong presence and identify partnership opportunities.
11. Stay informed about industry regulations, healthcare policies, and compliance standards to
ensure business practices align with legal and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
Master's degree preferred.
– 15 yrs + experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the healthcare industry,
preferably in a hospital setting.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and industry
trends.
