Timings: 8 PM- 4 AM
Qualification: Graduate
Salary- 15k- 30k (Depending upon the applicant)
We are looking for a person with above average communication skill with fluent English. Should have friendly, pleasant personality and positive attitude to build and maintain relationships with clients and key personnel within the company. Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services. Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients.
Duties of the Client Relationship Manager
1. Calling all the clients
2. Provide update to all the current clients and provide them progress report of the work.
3. Nurturing of new leads
4. Staying in touch with past clients
