Hiring for Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Customer Quality for OEM Manufacturing MNC firm in Chennai

Position: AM/DM – Quality (QMS)
Qualification: BE/BTech/Diploma (Mechanical)
Location: CHENNAI only 3 weeks in Basma Plant for Induction & then shifted to Chennai.
Experience: 8.5 to 12 yrs.
Any Specific Industry: Tier 1 and Tier 2 (Automotive firm)/ Automobile Manufacturing
Preferred Age: 30 to 34 years
CTC – up to 8.5 Lac for AM & 11 Lac for DM

Skills & Competencies:

Technical:
1. QMS & HSE
2. Deep Knowledge of ISO 9001-2015, IATF16949, ISO14001:2015&ISO45001, Certified Internal

Auditor.
Generic: Good communication skills.

Areas of Expertise:
1. Implement all relevant procedures described in the Quality Management System (QMS)
and ensure compliance.
2. Create, Define & Implementation of QMS.
3. Managing & ensuring adherence to quality assurance programs in the organization and
suggesting improvements for achieving the targets.
4. Undertake internal and process audits of the Quality Management System (QMS).
5. Update quality documentation and communicate to carry forward lessons learned from
quality concerns in new customer contracts.
6. Ensure that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all customer
requirements and audits.
7. Support Validation and re validation process.
