• White paper specification + competition comparison

• Dispatch – PO order, Demo Equipment

• Skills upkeep

• Review

Measurement Matrix

• Quality of the event, roadshow, exhibition executed

• Timely delivery of completed template for application based marketing

• Value of Leads Generated

• No. of timely made white paper specifications & competition comparison

documents

• Quality of demo conducted

• Quality/Correctness of the compliance made

• Quality of installation conducted

• Timely response to technical query

• Timely response for all touchpoints during a service case

• No. of skills improved vs No. of skills required to be improved

Education Qualification – Bachelors in Electrical/Electronic/Instrumentation (min.)

Experience Required – 2 to 3 years as an application engineer in electrical or electronic or instrumentation products
