Job Description:-

− Taking care of Office infrastructure and logistics

− Maintaining employee Documents

− Maintenance of company files

− Keeping track on employee records

− Renewing AMC contracts

− Maintenance of attendance manually as well as biometric

− Communicating with vendors

− Preparing Attendance for Mumbai.

− Keeping track on leave records for Mumbai.

− Exchanging mails. Follow ups, reminders

− Taking care of all stationery Items.

− End to end management of GSDP process

− Coordinate with staff

− dentify Training gaps and prepare training materials

− Schedule training programmes and documents records
