JD:1. Motivate Sales Team & take proper measures to achieve monthly sales target
2. Well organised & maintained showroom
3. Ensure showroom stock (display+inventory) is maintained and updated on daily basis.
4. Ensure that all the products on display have price tags
5. Enhance customer experience.
6. Supervise/Maintain ordering and production sheet
7. Ensure that all the processes are followed by team
8. QC of Showroom stock in and stock out
9. Timely ordering to ensure on time material dispatch & installation.
