* Handling residential and commercial interior woodwork installation independently. Checking all measurements and coordinating with all vendors.
* Overseeing and directing carpenters on installation
* Assemble and prepare complete and well-thought-out estimates, perform quantity survey and bid evaluations, clarify specific information and assumptions
* Chases and reviews subcontractor submittals, verifying conformance to contract documents

Required Experience and Qualifications

* Experience reading technical drawings
* Proficient in MS Office and any project management software
* Good communication and documentation skills
* Minimum 2-7 years’ experience in the commercial and residential modular interior industry
* Able to foresee and circumvent risk appropriately
* Good presentation skills, ability to persuade others, good negotiation skills
Organised, efficient, and responsive to the needs of clients
