Job Description:

.  Planning and overall site supervision for various civil works.
.  Planning, Preparing and tracking the schedule of the project.
.  Preparation of status report of the project.
.  Design coordination with architects for Layout related queries.
.  Project co-ordination with contractors to oversee the critical path of the project and escalate any shortfall to senior managers whenever required.
.  Quality checking at site. Oversee the safety of the site by the desired manpower allocation and monitoring it on a daily basis.
.  Responsible for preparation of snag lists and closing the snag lists as per    quality standards.
.  Coordination with structural, architectural, MEP and other consultants to solve design, drawing and site related issues.
.  Providing quality and timely delivery.
