Job Description:
· Excellent communication skills.
· Monitor employee morale and company culture.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality.
· Be responsible in building the entire playbook of how to build scalable conversational models to capture the pulse of employees in a personalized and scalable manner.
· Hold managers and employees accountable for engagement initiatives.
· Ensuring all related HR project activities are completed within the expected timeline and quality, while seeking support and collaboration from HR team members and relevant stakeholders.
· Create new frameworks collecting employee’s feedback data to improve participation and deep insights.
· Execute and send regular conversations to employees and build insights out of the feedback.
· Ability to build different people engagement drivers and sub-drivers.
· Passionate about People and building great culture at work.
