Job Location:- Kanpur
Industry:- Oil Manufacturing Unit
Experience:- 2-3 Years of Industrial Exp.
Qualification:- Degree or Diploma in Relevant Field
Salary:- 12K – 15K
Job Description:-
1. Knowledge of the manufacturing processes, procedures, and machinery
2. Supervise production line operation in accordance with plant policies and procedures
3. Responsible for quality control. Make adjustments as necessary during shift to produce product within specifications.
4. Reject product outside of specifications.
5. Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs).
6. Communicate with other Shift Supervisors and Plant Manager.
7. Ensure a clean and safe work area.
8. Regular monitoring of tundish superheat and ensure smooth casting,Monitoring tundish preparation for casting,Ensure Casting parameters as per control plan.
