Gen Manager –Factory

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Overall responsibility of plant operations – (Demand vs. PPC, Production scheduling, Engineering, Stores & inventory management, Administration, Transportation, Logistics & SCM, etc.)
2. Experience of Manpower handling 150 to 200.
3. Cost control, operational excellence, efficiency, timely delivery and Quality output.
4. Designing SOPs and Systems up gradation.
5. Cross functional team building and process management
6. Optimization techniques and efficient facilities management.
7. Optimizing of MIS and communication free flow.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education-
Specialization Min—Bsc in Food Technology
Experience –
1. Min Prior experience of 5 years as Factory Head . Candidates only from Food/FMCG industry will be considered.
