Job Profile

· Candidates will be required to work on B2B and B2Cselling concept.

· Candidate shall be responsible to respond to the Residential leasing requirements of corporate and individual.

· Preparation of business presentations and proposals and demonstrations for the clients.

· Developing required database with names, addresses and contact details & developing new

· Contracts, partnership, build client relationships and focus on getting continuous sales.

· Arranging for corporate tie us

· Sending business proposals

· Follow up of meetings with clients.

Skill Set

· Candidate should have excellent Communication skills

· Working Knowledge of MS-Office.

· Candidate should have strong analytical skills so as to understand the client’s requirement and provide the appropriate consultation.

· Candidate should be a vibrant personality, with a high potential to sell.

· A Master degree in Business management is preferred.

· Any experience in Real Estate Sector is added advantage
