Skills Required
a) Primary / Must have Skills:
 Excellent communication & interaction in English
 Knowledge of Hindi, Kannada / local language is preferred
 Up-to date with all Apps & soft-wares to enhance tele caller skills
 Good PR Skills to win over necessary discussions and to create a pleasant atmosphere in the
office.
 VERY EAGER TO LEARN & PLEASE ON A DAILY BASIS
 MUST HAVE VERY HIGH DEGREE OF CONVINCING SKILLS WITH PLEASING VOICE
 Must be very mobile friendly & easy accessibility as per work requirement.
 Minimum of three years working experience with real estate company
 Knowledge of MS office ( excel & words)
 Must be smart & presentable and resume be sent with recent color photograph
b) Mandatory
 Responsibility for the upkeep of front office
 Maintenance of Attendance & Leave records of office & Site staff ( Bio Metric System)
 Handling EPBX – incoming & outgoing calls
 Attending to Visitors & Co-ordination
 Purchase of Office & Site Stationery & House-keeping as per budget approvals
 Inward & outward courier management
 Travel management Domestic & International, VISA, Accommodation, itinerary etc
 Management of Air /Rail /Bus tickets bookings
 Track of E-mails & follow ups (to reply in consultation with concerned HOD)
 To maintain record of contact numbers & alternate mail ID’s of All Employees
 Any other assignments by the managements
