Designation : Deputy Manager/ Manager
Department : Marketing ( Sales )
a) Preferred Age: 32-36 years
b) Educational Qualification: BE / B tech with MBA if possible)
c) Experience (Nature and number of years):- 8 to 14 yrs.
d) Any Specific Industry: Automobile (Auto component industry handling various OEM’s and Tier 1 vendors of OEM’s) Like SKF, Timken , Federal Mogul .
e) Skills & Competencies:

i) Technical: BE / B tech

ii) Generic: Exposure to costing discussions, key Account Management

f) Areas of expertise required: Sales to Auto OEM’s/ Tier 1/II supplier of OEM’s.,
Key Account Management
Negotiations with customers
Warranty and quality handling
Location : Pune

Salary : up to Rs 12 Lac CTC for Manager level
Salary : up to Rs 8 Lac CTC for Deputy Manager level
