We have an opening of Customer Support Executive for Gurgaon location. The candidate will be responsible for query handling of tickets raised by customers and representing the company as the first point of contact for the client’s customers. The candidate should have ability to meet targets and deadlines. And capable to work within a team and have an honest and valuable input towards the team structure. The candidate must show excellent written communication skills (English language) and can research bug reports & provide information and reproduction steps for QA. Ensure compliance of player base with the game rules Interact with and engage players by communicating with them on live chats, forums & social media platforms. Responsible to update the communities regarding server downtimes, maintenance, special offers & game updates. Candidate having good understanding of gaming genres would be preferred. The candidate should have excellent written skills in order to communicate with the customers, organizational skills and ability to multi-task. Candidate with Customer service/call center experience would be a plus and experience in high volume customer care is preferred but not essential. Should be proficient in MS office, internet, forums, social media platforms, etc.. The opening is for non-voice process and working shifts are 24/5. Candidate with any bachelor’s degree can apply preference will be given to technical graduates.Number of Opening is 9-40.salary offered is 16k pm. Meals are available.An understanding of gaming genres would be preferred.
