Our Client has following requirement –
Process: International Process – Voice Customer Support.
Designation : Customer Service Associate/Sr. CSA -(Technical / Non-Technical).
Functional Area : ITES , BPO , KPO , LPO , Customer Service
Salary: 18K to 30K – Depending on candidates experience & skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Verification of Customer information.

Follow escalation procedures for issues uncontrollable at CSA level – Escalation for Sr. CSA.
Implement feedback given during monitoring sessions by QA / Team Leads
Appropriate documentation on client CRM
Ensuring data security – proprietary data of customers
Meeting SLA & KPI.

Shift Window:-9 hrs (US Shifts)

Qualification Required:-
Graduate/Equivalent only.
Min 12 months of experience in an international BPO is required.
Banking customer service experience would be an added advantage.

Skills Required:-
Typing Skills ( 25 wpm with 90% accuracy).
Excellent communication skills
Stress tolerance
Excellent computer/ internet navigation skills.
