Job Role and Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of a Customer Service Professional would be:
Candidate would need to handle clients on a day on day basis.
The mode of interaction would be voice/ mail/ chat.
Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take customer queries,resolve customer queries, verify refund claims, and check with payment gateway service provider about transaction success/failure status.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.
Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
Similarly, Support Service providers.
Postings on facebook/twitter/pinterest etc.
Competencies and Skills Required
Good verbal and written communication skills
Confident individual who can work individually as well as in team
Computer Savvy
Ability to listen and active problem solving skills
