• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Resolve customer complaints via phone or email
• Assist with customer issue regarding products or payment
• Manage online chat with customers
• Follow up on customer interactions
• Inform customers of deals and promotions via emails
• Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction
