We are hiring for a Customer Care Executive (Calling Inbound/Outbound) . Please go through the details :

Experience – 1 to 2 Yrs
Salary – 13k to 20k
Location — MDC Manimajra (Chandigarh)
Female Candidate Only

Responsibilities:

· Receive inbound calls of customers and place orders as per customer request.

· Outbound calls to customers advising them of changes in orders if any.

· Provide general information of status of customer’s order.

Skills required:

· Excellent Communication Skills

· Agent should be well versed with computers and should have a good typing speed (upwards of 35 WPM)

Educational Qualifications:

· Graduate : B Pharma / M Pharma preferred OR

· BSC General / other diploma related to medical field.

· BA / BCOM only if excellent communication skills and relevant Call Center experience.

Experience:

· 12 months and above of Call Center experience is must.

· Freshers would be considered only if they’ve excellent communication skills and match the required profile in terms of education

Qualification

· 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service
