Openings for Counselors / Senior Counselors in Chandigarh, Lucknow, Delhi, Bangalore and Kolkata. The candidate should be graduate ideally an MBA with 3-8 years of experience and excellent communication skills. Incumbent should have prior experience of handling counseling in organizations of repute; preferably Training & Education Industry. Female candidates are preferred. Responsible for generation of Lead / Enquiry and to regularly interface with School / College authorities, seek permission to conduct activities as advised by Regional Head/ Centre Director from time to time. The candidate would be responsible for Portal wise Admission & Collection targets for Centre assigned and tele-calling Leads / Enquiries generated from various sources, obtaining Confirmations & ensuring their Attendance. The candidate will be required to travel outside base station for conducting activities to generate business and take effective presentation to enquiries. Responsible for counseling & converting the Enquiry to enroll for the ideal program and post-registration of the Enquiry, follow-up with the Candidate till they join the Batch. Have to maintain MIS reports and keeping a close tab on Competition activities. The salary offered is 1 to 3 Lakhs PA
