JD:-
· Post Graduates, Preferably MBA or Graduates (BA/BE/B.tech/B.Scetc) with exceptional communication skills
· Freshers/experience of minimum 2 years

· Open to commute on their own or ready to move to nearby place

· Open to work in rotational shifts (UK and US)

Be part of client servicing team and Become a main point of contact for clients for the duration of their onlinemarket research projects

· Build effective, professional working relations hips with clients, leading to repeat business

· Receive and review all materials related to a research project

· Responsible for sampling using Orchidea’s panel assets and proprietary sampling tools

· Monitor progress of studies and take corrective action where needed

· Able to anticipate potential issues and take pre-emptive or preventative action

· Seek regular status updates from clients for the duration of a project

· Continue to expand upon knowledge of online market research and best practices, while following Orchidea’s standard
