Client Servicing Executive

Salary:- 150000 – 240000 PA

Location:- Zirakpur

• Open to work in rotational shifts (UK and US)
• Learn and adhere to Orchidea policies and procedure
• Should learn various tools and software’s used by Orchidea
• Be part of client servicing team and Become a main point of contact for clients for the duration of their onlinemarket research projects
• Build effective, professional working relations hips with clients, leading to repeat business
• Receive and review all materials related to a research project
• Responsible for sampling using Orchidea’s panel assets and proprietary sampling tools
• Monitor progress of studies and take corrective action where needed
• Able to anticipate potential issues and take pre-emptive or preventative action
• Seek regular status updates from clients for the duration of a project
• Continue to expand upon knowledge of online market research and best practices, while following Orchidea’s standard
