Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage domestic channel sales across assigned states and cities.
Develop and strengthen the distributor and dealer network, ensuring active
engagement and business growth.
Identify and onboard new dealers/distributors in untapped territories.
Handle OEM clients and build long-term B2B partnerships.
Strategize and execute sales targets, promotional campaigns, and trade schemes.
Regularly travel to key cities and markets for business development and relationship
management.
Conduct competitor analysis and provide market insights to the management.
Ensure smooth coordination with internal teams including supply chain, marketing, and
finance.
Desired Profile
Experience: 4–6 years in channel sales in the battery, automobile, energy, or related
sector.
Regional Expertise: Must be from Punjab or have strong familiarity with the region’s
market dynamics.
Knowledge Areas:
o Dealer/distributor on boarding & development
o Channel sales planning & execution
o OEM handling
o Domestic market intelligence
Age: Preferably up to 35 years.
Personality: Smart, proactive, excellent communication skills, and capable of handling
responsibilities independently.
Travel: Willing to travel frequently across domestic regions as per business needs.
