JD:
– Smooth functioning of the day-day operation of the Branch
– To ensure that the center meets/exceeds the Sales Targets provided to it.
– To be responsible for Product Explanation / Counseling.
– Setting up layout and ensure efficient space utilization
– Controlling the operational cost and ensure optimum utilization of resources.
– Serve as primary contact and coordination person for support/implementation of operational processes
– Train, Guide and Motivate the teams to perform better.
– To take responsibility for the implementation and adherence to company strategies and policies
– To take the responsibility of complete operations in the center such as center infrastructure, machines, stocks, tools, petty cash and the operational standards.
