· Functional design specifications
· Document Understanding / Writing: BRD / DFD / Use Cases
· Software configuration and testing
· End-user acceptance testing
· End-user training
· End-user documentation development
· End-user support
· Project management
· Good Verbal and Writing Skills
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university; Master’s degree preferred
