Job Description
l · Responsible for assisting BM with End-to-End Branch Management
l ·
l Achieve the shared budgeted revenue and profitability targets with
l the BM of the branch location.
l ·
l Actively assisting in Increase of sales in all areas of income as
l budgeted for thebranch in the area
l ·
l Development of branch network in the given area in coordination
l with the BM
l ·
l Maintain relationship with the existing clients, collate feedback and
l share with BM and Sales Manager (HO)
l ·
l Ensure timely collections of revenue; reduce number of existing
l debtors in the given area.
l · Maintain office decorum and discipline at the branch location.
l ·
l Assisting BM in ensuring timely (daily/weekly and monthly) MIS
l preparation and reporting to All India Operations Manager (HO).
l · Compliance to company and statutory policy.
l · Ensure adherence to the compliance related matters.
l ·
l Managing other staff at the branch in terms of performance and
l discipline in absence of the BM
l · Assist BM developing and implementing Business Development plans
l · Achieving Targets self and Branch Targets
l · Visits to Institutions/Clients/
l · Driving and achieving Sales
l · Ensure timely Collections
l · Ensure timely Claims
l · Supervise Purchase in coordination with BM
l · Supervise Inventory management
l · Retention of staff
l · Attendance of the Branch
l · Over all Branch Administration in absence of the BM
l · Punctuality of Staff
l · Team Working
l · Branch Motivation
l · New Business Opportunities
l · Reporting to HO
l · Assit BM in Legal activities for the Branch
l ·
l Ensure GSDP protocols are adhered to and coordinate with the GSDP
l Executive at (HO)
l · Ensuring Branch Efficiency
l · Equal responsibility of Profitability along with BM
l ·
l Ensuring uptodate functioning of IT and other systems &
l Infrastructure
