Job Description-
1 | Responsible for end to end Billing process |
2 | Attending phone calls from customers/clients |
3 | Taking orders from customers over phone |
4 | Making outbound calls to hospitals for fresh orders |
5 | Preparing invoices / Bills |
6 | Placing fresh order for medicine purchase |
7 | Attending to Walk-in Patients / customers |
8 | Maintaining Purchase orders and filing |
9 | Maintaining files of purchase copies |
10 | Providing stock and sales report to company personnel |
11 | Few claim related job like filing and old purchase copies printouts |
12 | Adhering to Billing and Purchase SOPS/protocols laid down by VHSPL |
13 | Co-ordination with Billing Supervisor/BMs |
14 | Highlighting Billing related issues on timely basis to concerned authorities |
