Job Description-

Responsible for end to end Billing process |
|
2 |
Attending phone calls from customers/clients |
|
3 |
Taking orders from customers over phone |
|
4 |
Making outbound calls to hospitals for fresh orders |
|
5 |
Preparing invoices / Bills |
|
6 |
Placing fresh order for medicine purchase |
|
7 |
Attending to Walk-in Patients / customers |
|
8 |
Maintaining Purchase orders and filing |
|
9 |
Maintaining files of purchase copies |
|
10 |
Providing stock and sales report to company personnel |
|
11 |
Few claim related job like filing and old purchase copies printouts |
|
12 |
Adhering to Billing and Purchase SOPS/protocols laid down by VHSPL |
|
13 |
Co-ordination with Billing Supervisor/BMs |
|
14 |
Highlighting Billing related issues on timely basis to concerned authorities |
