We have an opening for assistant/deputy manager in Mohali. The opening is for rubber mixing department. The candidate must have 10 to 14 years experience. The permissible age limit is 32 – 40 years. The candidate must possess Diploma/Degree. The candidate must have good leadership commend, basic understanding of understanding of a rubber mixing plant. Capable to derive the production targets(OEE’s/scrap levels etc). Capable to derive the production targets(OEE’s/scrap levels etc) and can timely execute production orders. Coordinate with interdepartmental functions(maintenance/quality/purchase) and work study/time study clear concepts to bifurcate direct/indirect/support functions. The candidate should be able to train the workforce with good communication skills and technically capable of resolving basic Rubber related issues. The candidate must ensure mixing dept. meets the quality standards of Mixed compound as well as Shapes / performs for molding and must ensure all updated work instructions and operating instructions are displayed at each workstation. Responsible for internal customer satisfaction and Inter-depts. co-ordination (e.g. Quality, Store , Maintenance , PPC). The candidate has to motivate & control the manpower so as to achieve continue improvement in productivity. Responsible to control wastage, scrap and continuous focus on quality products. To ensure 5s on the floor and maintain plant upkeep, layout, material flow, storage and material movement. The candidate has to analyze manufacturing variations and take control. The candidate has to maintain and fill the all quality check sheet, Maintain the All indicator(KPI,MIS) of every month and can take the report down the line as per the log book. Responsible to coordinate with internal plant PPC to optimize in-process inventory and meeting daily production schedules. Review of capacities & targets of different operations from time to time. Having SAP exposure will be an added advantage. The salary offered is 48k per month.
